 1   -    2    Step forward on RIGHT foot; Rock back onto LEFT foot

     &          Pivot 1/2 turn CW on ball of LEFT foot

 3  &   4    Cha-Cha-Cha in place (RIGHT, LEFT, RIGHT)

 5   -    6    Step forward on LEFT foot; Rock back onto RIGHT foot

     &          Pivot 1/4 turn CCW on ball of RIGHT foot

 7  &   8    Cha-Cha-Cha in place (LEFT, RIGHT, LEFT)
